]]>I don't use an OTG, so I have no idea how much time to bake, But, I can give you a rough idea, Bake at least for 35 to 40 minutes take it out and check if it's completely baked or else put it back again to continue baking by increasing 10-minute intervals. After the first rise deflate it and knead again softly and allow it to rise the second time, you can always shape them as you like in the second rise!
