Basically, Milk has water content in it, when you make yogurt it will have water content. If you don't want any water at all, boil the milk for some more time water gets evaporated and you will get thick yogurt. If you have noticed even when you buy yogurt and it is Bio organic you will notice water in them. Hope this helps. I am planning on making a video to show how it works.

No Nayana it won't, remove the chillies take a tbsp of the culture which is more white in colour and use it to make your yoghurt
